My lighter side

I recently launched IndoSec where I hope to write articles to promote information security awareness in India. I was hoping to use this forum to express myself in a lighter vein. However it seems that only my ponderous self will, if at all find expression in this blog as well.

The Union Budget was announced today. A 10% growth rate has been predicted and the optimism of the past few years continues unabated. A lot of the right things are being done and while this does not mean that our failures and mistakes should be overlooked, we have no reason to feel pessimistic.

However there are times when you read something that leaves you feeling numb. I do not mean numb with fear , or numb with disgust — Just numb. Numb at the fact that such an act can play out amidst the buoyancy of the new India.
